[Liberal Democrat] Hindenburg was not liberal

Suggested improvement for **Liberal Democrat** (Cell R6 · C4, /ideologies/liberal-democrat). I feel it is wrong to have Paul von Hindenburg as an exemplar of Liberal Democracy. He might have led the Weimar Republic as President, but he personally was deeply conservative and somewhat authoritarian, e.g. he established right-wing presidential governments in the 1930s and in the end, he named Hitler as chancellor. I think that one of the leaders of our time's liberal democracies should be here, who is personally moderately liberal, too.
