Steelman exercise. State the version of Neoliberal's opposition you've found the hardest to dismiss — not the strawman, the version that almost moved you. Goes a long way to keeping us honest.

Disagree on the framing. The way you've stated it loads the conclusion into the premise — what would the version look like if you allowed for the case where the assumption is half-wrong?
